You get to play Merryn, who grew up enjoying the tales of strange creatures from stories she has heard from her father. But now her father is missing and it is up to her to find him. Along the way, she'll make friends, discover lost civilizations and ruins, and upgrade her submarine to explore even deeper. The terrain and monsters of the deep are daunting, but Merryn's courage, resilience, intelligence, and love for her father will help her overcome adversity.

There are so many different enemies on your travels, so you have so many wonderful places to explore. There are cities with crumbling mermaid and graveyards ship wrecks. The graphics are simply outstanding with a beautiful musical score as well as an inspiring narration.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth

The Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is one of the most popular PS4 games for kids, it is rated "T" for teens. This game does incredible justice to the Digimon series as well as JRPGs in general. The story is deep and engaging, Digimon character models look beautiful, and the fact that you can create your own dream team of awesome Digimon from the show just makes the game so much fun.

Plot: 

Surprisingly deep, philosophical, and emotional. The VO is still in Japanese with English subtitles. Very few translation errors or typoes for the amount of text and complexity of stuff they talk about. The basis is that you're an assistant to a cyber detective and help solve cyber crimes. You end up investigating some weird things that have been going on in EDEN (a virtual world created for entertainment) and things spiral out of control from there.

 Gameplay: 

The Digimon Story : Cyber Sleuth gameplay is turn based RPG with a team of three Digimon that you choose. There are over 200 in the game. You can have up to 11 with you at a time and swap them out during combat if you like. The ones you don't bring with you are stored at a Digi-farm where they still get exp and can level up while also do other stuff for you like create items or find side quests. Digimon can be leveled up and Digivolved, usually with multiple options of what they can evolve into. If you haven't seen a Digimon yet, the evolution option appears as a shadow. It's really addicting to level up Digimon and evolve them into all the unknowns to find out what they look like.

Conclusion: 
This game has become one of my favorite RPGs. I'm definitely going to go back and discover all the Digimon and do all the side quests. Even if you aren't a Digimon fan, I think this is a must play for any JRPG lovers.

This is a story telling video game for Everyone, it’s a really fun platformer puzzle game so it’s time to start exploring and discover the secrets that are hidden inside the Tesla Tower. 

Teslagrad is set in old Europe with 18 new challenging areas for you to explore. You are a young orphaned boy who sets out to conquer the Kingdom of Elektropia. 

You will enjoy the story telling and magnetic puzzle after using your electromagnetic powers and lose yourself in Teslagrad’s non-linear world of over 100 beautiful hand-drawn environments and challenging levels..

Some of the  doors in the tower actually initiates loading of one or two rooms before opening, then beware.

I highly recommend Teslagrad as a great puzzle platforming game that is well made.

Available on PS4 with a rating of "E" for everyone, but there are areas that are recommended for kids older than 6.

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is a challenging fast-paced game with a twist. You can warp Giana’s dream world to transform your abilities and surroundings. Use your skill, speed, brains, and powers to defeat the dangers that populate these twisted dreams. Giana can switch from her cute and sweet self to her punk and hard alternative. 

When cute, the world is full of decay, darkness, and a sense of evil and dread, accompanied by a rock soundtrack. 

Meanwhile, when punk, the world is adorable, bright, and cheerful with an upbeat soundtrack. 

The music is outstanding in this game it brings back the composer of the original Great Giana Sisters, Chris Hülsbeck, along with the Swedish heavy metal band Machinae Supremacy and Fabian Del Priore.

Tiny Brains is one of the few educational games that everyone can enjoy; you control tiny lab creatures that have developed superpower.  after being experimented on by a mad scientist. Now the lab creatures are trying to escape from the lab that holds them, busting through test chamber after test chamber in pursuit of freedom.  

You play one of 4 lab animals that are being experimented on. Each one has a unique ability: Spawn a block of ice and if you stand on it, blow it up to that will allow you to reach higher places. Switch places with another object on the screen. Push objects at farther distances and finally, pull objects towards you..

All of the puzzles in "Tiny Brains" can be solved multiple ways depending on how groups combine their powers. The game has competitive and challenging fast paced communicative play along with simple controls so players of any level can jump right in.

Dax the purple ultrasonic bat has a handy skill that shoves things away, pushing blocks and cross the screen and over gaps. Stew, the highly-charged green bunny, is the inverse of Dax and can pull objects towards him. The red mouse Pad can swap places with just about any movable object, useful for placing yourself in out-of-reach areas and getting blocks down from odd locations. Minsc the cold-fusion hamster can form a rectangular block of ice that will stick around for a few seconds.
